- All damages/faults must be reported to Derrys Ltd within 3 Days of your delivery via completion of a returns form.
- All returns must be complete in original packaging and in the same condition as received.
- All returns will be cross checked before a credit is issued.
- Drivers will only collect goods that have been preapproved for return and for which they have paperwork for before your delivery. Any further claims will be assessed and collected on your next delivery if approved.
- Incorrectly completed returns forms may not be processed.
- Please provide at least 2 images per item of any damages to support your claim.
